Acceptance

By using funknight.games, operated by Polymath ASBL, you accept these terms. Paid plans are also covered by the terms of sale.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Accounts and usernames

• One account per person. Keep your sign-in details private.
• Usernames must not be offensive, misleading or impersonate others.
• We may rename or remove accounts that break these rules or cheat.

Fair play

• No automated solvers, scripts or outside help in duels and on the leaderboard.
• Shared seeds are for play between people, not for pre-solving rated boards.
• Arbiter and replay codes may be verified; results that fail verification may be voided.

User content

The only content you publish is your username. You are responsible for it.

Intellectual property

FunKnight, the Beverley–Funk Tour format, the boards and texts belong to Polymath ASBL and Philippe Funk. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We aim for continuous availability but give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent Luxembourg law allows, our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL]. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

We may change these terms; the date above shows the current version.

Governing law and disputes

Luxembourg law applies and the courts of Luxembourg City have jurisdiction. Consumers in the EU keep the mandatory protections of their country of residence. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
