Plans and prices

These terms cover the Solver and Master plans. Prices are shown on the pricing page in euros, including VAT where applicable.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw without giving a reason, under the Code de la consommation (the Luxembourg Consumer Code). To withdraw, send us a clear statement, for example using the model form below.

Digital content: at checkout you are asked to request that access starts immediately and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun. If you give that consent and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal ends when access starts.

Refunds

A valid withdrawal is refunded within 14 days using the original payment method. Outside the withdrawal period, payments for started periods are not refunded, except where the law requires.

Price changes

We announce price changes at least 30 days before they apply to your next renewal. You may cancel before then.

Governing law

Luxembourg law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of your country of residence. The EU online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
